In most cases, you can request a withdrawal on www.https://outillages.afd67diffusion.com/en/ within 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the goods. The request must be made in writing by e-mail or post.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, www.https://outillages.afd67diffusion.com/en/ will reimburse you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 clear days after receipt by the logistics department of the returned package. Reimbursement may be made via the method of payment used when placing the order. The basis of the reimbursement relates to the sums paid as indicated on the invoice, including the delivery costs in standard mode. However, the costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the Buyer.

In order to ensure the return and receipt of the product in the best conditions and to guard against any risk of loss or damage, it is imperative that the Purchaser completes the withdrawal form, before returning the product. A return number will be assigned to the product and communicated to the Purchaser as well as all useful information on the procedure to follow for optimal management of returns. The return shipment of the goods must be made within 14 clear days after issuance of the said return form (RMA). A copy of the withdrawal request form is also available for download.

The products must be returned by post or by a carrier in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), with a copy of the invoice and sufficient postage. The products used, incomplete, damaged or soiled (product and / or packaging) by the Purchaser or having been the subject of abnormal use are not taken back or a discount could be applied.
